These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of all services provided by DIBO Barbershop through the RevYoMe booking platform. By creating an account, making a booking, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services. These Terms apply to all customers, visitors, and users of the platform.

We provide an online booking platform that allows you to schedule appointments for services offered by DIBO Barbershop. Our platform also offers loyalty stamp programmes, reward systems, gift cards, and related customer engagement features. The availability of specific services and features depends on the configuration chosen by DIBO Barbershop. All services are provided subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time with reasonable notice.

To access certain features of our platform, you may need to register for an account by providing a valid email address or phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your profile information up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or are used in violation of these Terms.

Appointments booked through our platform are subject to the availability of staff and services. Once confirmed, your booking constitutes a binding agreement. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 2 hours before the scheduled time. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or restrictions on future bookings, at the discretion of DIBO Barbershop. We recommend arriving on time for your appointment; excessive lateness may result in a shortened service or rescheduling.

In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from contracts concluded at a distance. However, please note that this right of withdrawal does not apply to services that have been fully performed with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you would lose your right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed (Art. 16(a) Directive 2011/83/EU). For appointment-based services, the right of withdrawal expires once the service has been provided.

Loyalty stamps are earned for qualifying visits as determined by DIBO Barbershop. Stamps are linked to your customer account and cannot be transferred to other accounts, exchanged for cash, or combined with stamps from other programmes. DIBO Barbershop reserves the right to modify the loyalty programme, including the number of stamps required for rewards, at any time with reasonable notice. Stamps have no monetary value and may expire after a period of account inactivity as defined in our data retention policy.

Rewards earned through our loyalty programme are subject to availability and the specific terms set by DIBO Barbershop. Rewards must be claimed through the platform and may have expiration dates or usage restrictions. DIBO Barbershop reserves the right to modify, replace, or discontinue specific rewards at any time. Rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value unless otherwise stated. Any abuse of the rewards system may result in forfeiture of earned rewards and account suspension.

Gift cards purchased through our platform are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash except where required by law. Gift cards can be redeemed for services offered by DIBO Barbershop up to the card balance. Partial redemption is permitted; the remaining balance will be available for future use. Gift cards do not expire unless otherwise stated. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

Payments for services are processed securely through our integrated payment providers. Prices for services are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at the time of booking or at the point of service, depending on the configuration of DIBO Barbershop. All transactions are processed in the currency displayed at the time of purchase. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

All prices displayed on our platform include applicable value-added tax (VAT) and any other statutory taxes, unless explicitly stated otherwise. DIBO Barbershop reserves the right to adjust prices at any time; however, price changes will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed. Any promotional prices or discounts are valid only for the specified period and conditions. Additional services or extras selected at the time of booking may incur additional charges.

As a user of our platform, you agree to: (a) provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account and making bookings; (b) keep your account credentials secure and not share them with third parties; (c) arrive on time for scheduled appointments; (d) treat staff and other customers with respect; (e) comply with the house rules and policies of DIBO Barbershop; and (f) not use the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose. Violation of these obligations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DIBO Barbershop and the platform operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We take the protection of your personal data seriously. For detailed information about how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data, please refer to our separate Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy. You can access our Privacy Policy at any time through the link in the footer of our website.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or behave in a manner that is harmful to other users, staff, or DIBO Barbershop. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. You may also close your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature. Data retention after account closure is governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent and economic purpose of the invalid provision. The failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

These Terms and any disputes arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DIBO Barbershop is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence shall remain applicable where they provide a higher level of protection. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first to seek an amicable resolution. For consumers in the European Union, the European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, accessible at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obligated to participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, unless required by applicable law.
